Jeanne Kessira
Educator, fermenter, and host.

Jeanne has been teaching fermentation and baking classes for over 3 years, with thrice that experience in kitchens, bakery, and as a self-taught professional.

I take immense pleasure in eating delicious foods, but over the years I’ve grown to greatly value the feeling of self-reliance and empowerment that result from getting involved in the kitchen. Knowing what you’re putting into your body, and that you’ve prepared it yourself, is a cultivation of your intuition and self-trust.
